In case you obtain a fishing license your personal data will be used to contact you and for the implementation of the Fisheries Law. You have the right to access and correct the information collected about you by submitting a written request. If it has come to your attention that information we keep about you is incorrect or inaccurate, you have the right to request their correction and an effort will be made to reply to you in writing within four weeks.

It is in my knowledge that I can not simultaneously hold a Professional Fishing License of category A, B, C and an Amateur License with a vessel. I confirm that I do not hold such a license during the current year.
